OUTLOOK VENTURES PROMOTES SANDEEP ANEJA TO VENTURE PARTNER

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — February 28, 2006 — Outlook Ventures, a technology venture capital firm with $225 million under management, today announced the promotion of Sandeep Aneja to venture partner. As a venture partner, Aneja will be pursuing opportunities in areas of interest to the firm, such as software-as-a-service and technology-enabled services, and increasing his involvement in managing investments.

"As a key member of our team in the associate and principal roles over the past four years, Sandeep Aneja has done an outstanding job of sourcing and researching opportunities for Outlook" commented Carl Nichols, Outlook Venture's managing director and co-founder, "Sandeep has provided tremendous value to our portfolio companies, and we look forward to his expanded participation, affording Outlook more investment capacity for existing and future funds."

Aneja is currently a board observer for Bridgestream and GraniteEdge Networks and was an observer for LassoLogic (acquired by Sonic Wall in November, 2005). As a board observer, he has assisted executive teams by leveraging his network of resources. "Sandeep Aneja has been instrumental in helping us refine our strategy as well as making valuable customer and partner introductions," noted Mark Tice, CEO of Bridgestream.

Prior to ActionBase, Aneja was at Wingspring, a venture catalyst firm, where he was responsible for analyzing market opportunities, conducting due diligence and assisting portfolio companies. Previously, Aneja was a management consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton and Hagler Bailly where he led project teams in high-profile technology assessment assignments.
