SANDEEP ANEJA TO VENTURE PARTNER
SAN FRANCISCO, CA February 28, 2006 Outlook Ventures,
a technology venture capital firm with $225 million under management,
today announced the promotion of Sandeep Aneja to venture partner.
As a venture partner, Aneja will be pursuing opportunities in areas
of interest to the firm, such as software-as-a-service and technology-enabled
services, and increasing his involvement in managing investments.

over the past four years, Sandeep Aneja has done an outstanding
job of sourcing and researching opportunities for Outlook" commented

Aneja is currently a board observer for Bridgestream and GraniteEdge
Networks and was an observer for LassoLogic (acquired by Sonic
Wall in November, 2005). As a board observer, he has assisted executive
teams by leveraging his network of resources. "Sandeep Aneja has
been instrumental in helping us refine our strategy as well as
making valuable customer and partner introductions," noted Mark

Before joining Outlook Ventures, Sandeep Aneja spent five years
helping technology start-ups prosper. Most recently he was director
of business development and product marketing at ActionBase Corporation,
a venture-backed provider of enterprise class project and process
execution software platform. At ActionBase he was responsible for
identifying new market opportunities, building new partnerships
and leading the delivery of professional services to Fortune 1000
and government clients. Prior to ActionBase, Aneja was at Wingspring,
a venture catalyst firm, where he was responsible for analyzing
market opportunities, conducting due diligence and assisting portfolio
companies. Previously, Aneja was a management consultant at Booz
Allen & Hamilton and Hagler Bailly where he led project teams in
high-profile technology assessment assignments. Aneja holds a Master
of Business Administration degree from Stanford University and
a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the University
of Delaware.
