News from Portfolio:
Echopass: While IT spending is still leveling off, certain areas within corporations command attention. Echopass, which we co-funded with NEA and Canaan in late 2002, continues to report quarter-to-quarter growth on its contact center integration solution. The company added several new customers in the past 2 quarters due to increased demand to lower operating expenses.
NetBrowser: Now that NetBrowser is a more established company, a new CEO has come aboard to fuel mainstream growth and ramp up sales. Gary Hegna joined as CEO in the last few months to help the company through their next stage, now that the offering has significant validation and there are six-digit contracts on the horizon.
nSite Software: With increased validation from customers, nSite Software is now testing a new service-based model with good initial results. Their most relevant customer acquisitions in the last few months include WindRiver Systems and Network Appliance. nSite's value proposition of improving process efficiencies through dynamic work flow is resonating with customers, which are now able to route forms -previously a manual process- dynamically through the enterprise.
