Toolwire dynamically provisions shared and private workspaces of dedicated "Known Good Environments," which are pre-tested and qualified fail-safe environments that consistently perform as designed. Centralized administration eliminates IT burden and simplifies administrative tasks, and users can access accounts anytime with an Internet browser. In addition to the industry leading product LiveLabs, Toolwire plans to leverage Logilent's channel of leading learning organizations as well as the combined company's installed base of large software and networking enterprises. It also plans to strengthen and establish key strategic partnerships in the web conferencing and real-time collaboration markets.
