announced two senior managers have joined the team: Phil Coady as VP Sales and Jeff Shukis as VP Engineering. Phil was recently VP Sales & Marketing at Plateau Systems and previously Regional Sales Mgr at Aether Systems. announced in May an agreement with federal solutions integrator, SafeHarbor Systems for the resale of its products to the Federal government. Reconnex expanded its team with the addition of a new VP Sales, Tom Spadafore and Dir of Product Marketing, Kevin Cheeks. Tom was formerly EVP at GreenBorder, EVP at BrightMail and SVP Sales at Netopia. Kevin was recently VP of Worldwide Customer Service and Engineering at Redback Networks and previously held senior engineering and product roles at Cisco, Freegate, and Apple Computer.

a Renton, Washington based company, boosted its track record to over 2 years of profitable operations as of June 30th. The company serves over 35 million online subscribers and has over 2 million paid members, and has recently added many new services for its customers, including a way to communicate with corporate alumni, Classmates also announced that Anil Pereira, former EVP at Verisign, has joined as SVP in charge of new businesses and strategic alliances.
Echopass,

Echopass announced the availability of Telecenter 2.0 for salesforce.com. nSite Software
announced that Bob Jandro has joined the company as CEO. Bob is a former Group Vice President of Communications markets at Oracle and was EVP at ONI (acquired by Ciena). The company has rounded out its management team by hiring Stewart Schmidt as VP Sales (former CEO, Market Partners, and COO of OAO). nSite was featured in May in an article in Information Week on the Use of Web Service to Automate Business Processes.

filed for an Initial Public Offering (S-1) during the past quarter. The company dominates the market for local sports activites and event registration, as well as parks/recreation registration software. Activeäs software allows local sports groups (Little League, soccer, marathons, etc) to easily sign up and track participants. Active is also the leading aggregator of local sports team websites and derives much of its revenues from advertising and direct marketing to local sports enthusiasts.
